Job Summary

Lead system and subsystem requirements updates and serve as the technical systems lead to ensure verification and qualification testing assesses requirements. Partner with Systems and Hardware teams and Chief Engineer on program technical tasks, run Systems Verification Reviews, and act as the program’s go-to systems engineering expert. Support onboarding and mentor new team members using core systems engineering skills within the Systems V life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead efforts to update and maintain system and subsystem level requirements specifications.
•Serve as the Systems technical lead for verification and validation, ensuring requirements are assessed during Verification and Qualification Testing.
•Work closely with Systems and Hardware IPTLs and the Chief Engineer on program technical tasks.
•Lead Systems Verification Reviews with the Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Integrated Product Team Leadership.
•Onboard new team members and mentor/guide them using core Systems Engineering skills.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with at least one of: systems software, systems firmware, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
•Experience in test planning and verification of system requirements and/or system qualification.
•Active and transferable Top Secret Security Clearance required prior to start date.
•Experience using core systems engineering skills to update requirements and lead verification/qualification assessment.
