Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Fixed Plant aspects within larger multi-disciplinary technical teams for multiple projects and resolve complex technical problems
  • •Oversee and coordinate the development of Fixed Plant designs across all stages of the design lifecycle
  • •Provide technical advice to internal disciplines and clients, supporting design decisions
  • •Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve desired project outcomes
  • • Mentor and guide Early Career Professionals and, if required, undertake CRE roles in accordance with NR/L2/INI/02009

  • •Chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant Institution; track record of mentoring and developing staff

  • •Technical knowledge to challenge outputs and deliverables within Fixed Plant scope
