Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruiting to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • •Source active and passive candidates via online/internal databases, referrals, events, networking, and market research.
  • •Provide consultative advice to the business and lead strategic discussions to build teams holistically.
  • •Report on recruiting metrics and work with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable processes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment.
  • •Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable, Juicebox, Ashby, and/or Greenhouse.
  • •Proven ability to source passive candidates using creativity and persistence.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • •Ability to commute to San Mateo, CA headquarters at least 3 days per week.
