Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, implement, and maintain the NNPI Security Plan aligned with NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and applicable security classification guides.
  • •Serve as the designated marking authority for NNPI/NOFORN across technical data, drawings, hardware, and digital files.
  • •Establish and enforce NNPI access controls, granting, monitoring, and revoking access based on verified citizenship, clearance, and operational necessity.
  • •Partner with Information Security and IT to ensure NNPI digital environments, air-gapped networks, and storage media processing meet accredited federal standards.
  • •Lead compliance audits and incident response by investigating, containing, and reporting security infractions, data spills, or unauthorized disclosures; deliver mandatory NNPI training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Hold an active U.S. Secret clearance (or higher), or be able to obtain and maintain one.
  • •Have proven experience as a designated NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO with an organization routinely handling NNPI.
  • •Demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DoD CUI handling guidelines.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in security compliance or classified program management.
