Job Summary

The Senior Analyst supports corporate meetings and events through budgeting, payments, contract administration, registration, and reporting. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage financial records, and ensure smooth event execution in a fast-paced environment, working to align event operations with Mastercard’s standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Budgeting and Financial Administration: manage budgeting processes, reconcile expenses, and maintain detailed financial archives for events
•Contract and Documentation Management: review contracts and addenda to ensure proper execution and timely deposits
•Event Operations Support: source event materials and supplies and perform airfare analysis as needed
•Registration and Reporting: create and manage registration websites and build dashboards/reports to track attendee data
•Team and Administrative Support: manage work-hour tracking and provide presentation support for meetings and leadership events

Key Requirements

•Advanced financial acumen with strong budgeting, reconciliation, and expense tracking
•Proficiency in event technology tools such as Cvent and in expense management and reporting platforms
•Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
•Desirable certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), CMM (Certified Meeting Manager), or Cvent Certification
