Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • •Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • •Monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost budgets.
  • •Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
  • •Master’s degree in Construction Management/Project Management is an added advantage.
  • •PMP or an equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • •Experience delivering civil construction projects end-to-end with planning, execution, and delivery accountability.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during project execution.
