  • •Drive key metrics for fabrication including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
  • •Ensure timely and efficient execution of customer orders, including prioritizing urgent orders.
  • •Review order documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) and troubleshoot documentation issues.
  • •Oversee production processes to meet schedules, conduct quality spot checks, and lead continuous improvement via Tier 1 meetings.
  • •Provide leadership through training/cross-training, communicate with other shifts, and act as backup supervisor when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.

  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
