Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of global recognition and variable incentive programs, aligning to Eaton’s Culture Model and Total Rewards strategy.
  • •Drive E STAR adoption through communications, leader enablement, and ongoing program optimization with tools and guidance for meaningful recognition.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations of the rewards and recognition platform, including program administration, financial reconciliations, system functionality, and reporting.
  • •Develop program frameworks, guidelines, governance standards, and budget management for consistency, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and with external vendors to support technology solutions, integrations, reporting, contract management, and M&A-related total rewards transitions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR with exposure to compensation principles and practices.
  • •No relocation is being offered; candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Experience managing enterprise recognition platforms and designing/administering incentive plans is preferred.
