Team Lead, Market Operations

Run the local Carvana hub as a people-first leader for the Market Operations team. You’ll coach and develop Customer Advocates, drive day-to-day execution, and handle complex, sensitive customer issues to protect a great customer experience. Partner with leadership by generating regular performance reporting, spotting trends, and proactively creating solutions to roadblocks. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, including stepping in operationally when needed.
