Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured onboarding, role transitions, and early development support across assigned markets using established training and certification requirements.
  • •Conduct routine branch visits to assess standards execution, provide real-time coaching, and deliver scenario-based training on service, referrals, sales practices, and operational controls.
  • •Provide targeted coaching through observation, transaction/account reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
  • •Monitor client experience, referral, documentation, exception, loss, reconciliation, audit, and training progress indicators and partner on action plans for emerging risks.
  • •Maintain standardized documentation and support enterprise/market-wide initiatives by providing feedback, training, and follow-up validation.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of banking or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • •High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/related field preferred
  • •Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management concepts, including documentation requirements and internal controls
  • •Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft software programs, and strong 10-key proficiency
  • •Ability to deliver scenario-based training and provide real-time feedback while handling confidential information appropriately
