Design, implement, and administer end-to-end systems infrastructure for large scale commercial and/or federal facilities. Own engineering, installation, integration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance across hardware, software, databases, and non-standard networks. Use automated tools to operate and secure ICS and BAS networks/systems, perform proactive performance tuning, troubleshoot failures with root-cause analysis, and keep technical documentation current. May act as a lead and work independently on complex issues.

•Own overall systems infrastructure, including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.
•Design, implement, install, maintain, and administer infrastructures across hardware, software, and configurations.
•Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately.
•Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures.
•Act as a technical subject matter expert for ICS and BAS network/system design and operations; design and secure non-standard networks and the systems on them, including database/system administration and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required for consideration.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or 10+ years proven specialized experience for on-premises system architecture and IT network systems O&M.
•8+ years specialized experience supporting or leading IT network systems O&M with system architecture and engineering for on-premises and/or cloud environments.
•Expert in system and database administration, including backups, file recovery, user access support, and resolving complex system/user problems under tight deadlines.
•Experience building and operating networks and systems managing large scale ICS and BAS elements, plus one or more listed certifications (Red Hat, CompTIA, ServiceNow, Cisco/CCNA, or equivalent).
