Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide logistics support to internal and external customers during the shipping/warehousing/dispatch cycle with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • •Generate export/import documents and gather, organize, and send electronic copies of shipping documents while ensuring document quality and destination rules are followed.
  • •Monitor order status by coordinating with factory personnel/reps, inside sales, and customer support teams.
  • •Gatekeep and escalate trade compliance and checkpoint/due diligence concerns to champion and legal teams prior to shipment.
  • •Review shipping changes by imposing additional requirements/costs as needed and analyzing/qualifying change order requests for order entry, sales, and factory scope of work.

  • •Gatekeep and escalate compliance and due-diligence concerns prior to shipment.
