Job Summary

Lead Land & Air Defense System 24/7 program supply chain execution by translating customer and product requirements to suppliers and monitoring supply chain performance metrics. Serve as the liaison between program leadership, integrated product teams, and supply chain to drive supplier engagements, kit availability, and on-time delivery. Own risk & opportunity planning, budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor, and manage material demands, procurements, receipts, movements, and final delivery supporting program needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute supply chain strategies and plan for the program, acting as leader for all program supply chain activities and liaison to program and functional leads.
•Communicate and translate customer and product requirements to suppliers and conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk.
•Monitor and communicate supply chain performance metrics and proactively address issues impacting kit availability, on-time delivery to MRP, and on-hold purchase requisitions.
•Develop and execute risk & opportunity plans and manage mitigation plans to meet Annual Operating Plan and program responsibilities.
•Manage material demands and end-to-end procurement flow (procurements, receipts, movements, and final delivery), including budgeting for buy parts and supply chain labor.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience in SAP or PRISM.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Supply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry.
•Ability to be a self-starter who interfaces across internal management and supplier management to achieve organizational and program objectives.
