Job Summary

Lead day-to-day client cost management for MEPS, process utility, and mission-critical infrastructure across advanced manufacturing and data center projects. Own estimating, budgeting, change-order negotiations, cost verification, and monthly reporting, partnering with design teams, contractors, and vendors to develop and reconcile cost plans. Support engineering and design decisions through commercial insight, value engineering, and cost audits while ensuring governance and SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the key day-to-day client interface for MEPS cost management across manufacturing, industrial, and data center projects.
•Estimate and negotiate MEPS change orders, and prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
•Partner with design teams and contractors to develop, validate, and reconcile MEPS cost estimates and contractor submissions.
•Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, audits, and financial compliance for complex projects, including contingency and change control tracking.
•Prepare funding presentations and support value engineering workshops, including monthly cost reporting and final account negotiations at closeout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
•RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred.
•Experience leading cost management efforts on medium to large-scale construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
•Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, cost planning, value management, value engineering, and construction delivery methodologies, with extensive MEPS cost estimating experience.
