Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, coordinate, and evolve technical and human resources of the production cell to maximize operational efficiency and excellence.
  • •Manage production planning, ensure product quality vs specifications, and reduce material losses.
  • •Set up, pilot, and supervise Kaizen activities (J.A.T., 5S, SMED, Pareto analysis) and improvement projects including new line installation and new product launches.
  • •Lead and develop the team (team leaders, coordinator): training, coaching, performance reviews, and communication of objectives and action plans.
  • •Track and analyze atelier KPIs (Safety, Quality, TRS, margin, fixed cost reduction), manage relevant budgets (direct labor, formula and packaging losses), and enforce site safety and environmental policies.

  • •Engineering education (e.g., process engineering or operational excellence) with 8 years of successful experience in a similar role in industry, including direct people management.
  • •Direct management experience in an industrial setting, with strong leadership and the ability to solve operational issues.
  • •Ability to plan staffing needs to meet production demand and capacity adjustments.
  • •Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen/Lean tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Pareto analysis) and following relevant standards (BPF/BPD).
  • •Good English level for daily exchanges, with Lean Six Sigma training strongly appreciated.
