Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team and drive clear direction, feedback, and growth while empowering ownership of regional compensation outcomes.
  • •Oversee EMEA Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility, ensuring alignment to Netflix’s compensation philosophy and tailoring programs to local context.
  • •Implement and adapt global compensation programs, including market-driven pay structures, equity education, and manager capability-building initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain market reference ranges with global teams, and provide subject matter expertise on sales incentive design and implementation.
  • •Drive regional rollout of initiatives such as pay equity analyses, compensation training, annual reviews, open enrollment communications, and mobility case management in partnership with HR and global Benefits.
