Job Summary

Own and prioritize the Move & Sell reporting backlog within Rio Tinto’s Modern ERP transformation, providing subject-matter expertise for reporting and analytics. Partner with delivery managers, architects, system integrators, and data teams to define scope, ensure governed delivery, and QA remediation across SAP and governed reporting landscapes (including BW/4HANA and Power BI). Drive simplification, standardization, and change adoption for new SAP S/4HANA reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and prioritize the Move & Sell reporting backlog, covering remediation and new reporting requirements.
•Apply governance and design controls to reporting deliverables, defining reporting scope and conducting inventory/impact assessments across SAP, BW/4HANA, and Power BI landscapes.
•Partner with delivery managers, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable governed solutions, overseeing QA remediation and traceability through SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness.
•Collaborate with data leads and stewards to execute MERP data simplification objectives during S/4 upgrade and minimize custom development/workarounds.
•Lead change management and support training to drive adoption of standardized reporting and self-service analytics; monitor project metrics, risks, and continuous improvement of data products.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
•Preferably 8 to 14+ years of relevant experience with reporting, data, or analytics.
•Knowledge of business metrics and KPIs, with strong problem-solving to analyze complex data and propose solutions.
•Experience using SAP as the primary source for reporting/dashboard solutions across stakeholder groups, including contract-to-cash and relevant S/4HANA tables or CDS.
•Experience delivering or standardizing/simplifying SAP reporting solutions and working across business, data, and technology teams.
