Supervisor, Fulfillment Center - Materials Management - Split Shift

Lead day-to-day materials management operations at a SpaceX Hawthorne fulfillment center, managing inventory, kitting, work order management, and logistics best practices. Own metric goals for inventory teams, coordinate with Shipping/Receiving/Quality Control/Transportation and Planning to resolve material receipt and distribution issues, and drive continuous improvement. Also perform safety walkthroughs and ensure operational compliance through area audits and better workspace design, while mentoring direct reports.
