Key Responsibilities

•Proactively research and identify high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube
•Lead outreach, build genuine relationships, and manage long-term partnerships
•Negotiate directly with creators, agencies, and MCNs — and close
•Own campaigns from briefing through to go-live and performance review
•Track and analyse campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) and iterate fast

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 55,000 - 65,000 annually
