Senior Cost Manager - Data Centers

Lead end-to-end cost management for mission-critical data center and large-scale construction projects. Own estimating, cost planning, change order negotiation, and reconciliation throughout pre- and post-contract phases. Partner with design and general contractor teams to develop cost estimates, support value management/value engineering sessions, and manage cost checks, valuations, and contingency/commitment tracking. Produce monthly cost reports and support final account agreement and as-built benchmarking records.
