Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage architecture and requirements for next-generation air and missile defense systems, ensuring requirements and architecture traceability through test and evaluation for fire-control certification.
  • •Interface with stakeholders, including internal programs and external customers, to understand needs and drive artifact completeness and accuracy.
  • •Develop and lead requirements and architecture products with full traceability and controlled configuration across related fire-control programs.
  • •Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts (including model-based artifacts such as viewpoints and diagrams) demonstrating transformational value of Anduril platforms and related products.
  • •Support development of digital and systems engineering strategy and implementation, including requirements and architecture products and related metrics.

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, applied physics, computer science, or similar engineering/technical field, or 10+ years of air and missile defense experience.
  • •12+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
  • •Test experience preferably missile defense and space related, including systems testing and evaluation methodologies.
  • •Experience with systems engineering, requirements elicitation and management, integration and test activities on complex DoD weapon/space systems, using tools such as SysML/DoDAF/UAFP and modeling artifacts.
