Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing partner accounts through face-to-face engagement and ethical sales practices.
  • •Onboard value-added distributors and identify specialist partners to grow NETGEAR’s project pipeline and accelerate adoption of key products.
  • •Manage partner accounts to grow share across product categories and meet quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • •Develop competitive landscape insights and build plans to establish category leadership within assigned accounts.
  • •Create proposals and business plans, negotiate agreements, manage pricing/margins, and maintain accurate CRM reporting while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of IT sales experience, ideally in a channel or partner engagement role with a networking vendor.
  • •Proven track record in sales and business development with strong closing skills against well-resourced competitors.
  • •Demonstrated success managing a channel/partner pipeline, including forecasting and reporting.
  • •Strong presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • •Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time for partner visits, customer calls, and trade shows.
