Key Responsibilities

  • •Under minimal supervision, plan, execute, report, and evaluate system testing for software and/or hardware.
  • •Support and plan test events at required test sites.
  • •Manage test configuration for owned assets (hardware components, payloads, software/firmware) and facilitate fleet management/maintenance planning.
  • •Generate and execute evaluation test plans and reports, including safety risk/hazard mitigation and logistics planning (hardware, airspace, personnel, scheduling).
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to characterize issues, adjudicate tasks, interface with engineering daily, and collect flight metrics (sorties and delays).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them accurately; organize, schedule, and coordinate work to solve complex problems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; actively strengthen communication channels within and outside the team.
