Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth strategy and accountability for winning and growing the West Environment business line.
  • •Develop the industrial growth plan with market priorities, targets, and a qualified pipeline based on regulatory and capital program signals.
  • •Serve as Client Account Manager for priority accounts, creating account plans and coordinating account teams to expand AECOM’s position.
  • •Lead executive client development, including representing AECOM with senior stakeholders and sponsoring strategic accounts and workshops.
  • •Partner with technical leaders to package capabilities into differentiated solutions and coach teams on executive engagement and client-value messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

  • •Demonstrated success winning large, complex environmental engagements.
  • •Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority industrial segments.
  • •Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
