Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required to perform repair/maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen.
