Job Summary

Support the deployment of the RSE roadmap for the Fashion department, helping manage value-chain risk and environmental performance. You will structure partner value-chain mapping using group data collection tools, improve data quality and exploitation to track RSE indicators, and develop and maintain Power BI reports for compliance, traceability, and circularity—while collaborating with Data and BI teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the deployment of the RSE roadmap for controlling value chains and reducing environmental impact in line with French and European regulations.
•Participate in partner knowledge management by structuring and enriching value-chain mapping and understanding partners’ RSE practices using data collection tools.
•Contribute to improving data management, quality, and usage to compute and track RSE risk and performance indicators.
•Develop, evolve, and maintain existing Power BI reports and create new ones for the RSE team.
•Document associated processes and training guides for the reporting work.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in data management or a related field.
•A first experience in CSR/RSE and/or Fashion would be a plus.
•Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required, with interest in information systems and process setup.
•Curious, autonomous, and able to propose ideas.
•English proficiency is a plus.
