Job Summary

Support Falcon and Dragon production by applying operations engineering, operations research, and industrial engineering to optimize delivery, capacity, cost, quality, safety, and output. Build tools and process flow models, diagnose root causes of operational challenges, and define KPIs and decision points to meet demand. Lead cross-functional improvement efforts across supply chain, engineering, operations, and accounting, capturing lessons learned to strengthen production systems.

•Experience with inventory, production, and capacity planning (including MRP/ERP systems).
