Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply US GAAP to costing accounting and practical work
  • •Maintain SAP cost module, including standard cost updates and annual review of labor rates, and support market quotation
  • •Complete monthly cost module closing (Month Closing) and perform ETO variance analysis and monitoring
  • •Lead annual inventory counting and drive continuous process optimization
  • •Own cost control and cost-reduction analysis, including savings calculations and BOM verification to ensure data accuracy

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • •3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience with strong business acumen
  • •Experience with cost-reduction or cost optimization projects preferred
  • •Strong English communication skills; able to use US GAAP and perform financial analysis
  • •Proficient with Excel/PPT and SAP systems; ACCA or similar professional certifications preferred
