Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, unload, and stage raw materials from trailers and open-top trucks to ensure proper flow into the protein conversion process.
  • •Monitor raw material bins and receiving areas to prevent overflows, contamination, or production disruptions.
  • •Perform daily and weekly sanitation tasks, including cleaning floors, walls, catch basins, and foaming designated areas to meet food safety and biosecurity standards.
  • •Learn and support job functions within the Protein Conversion area as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • •Safely operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other material-handling equipment, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following plant policies.
