•Process Innovation: Evaluate current workflows and suggest new practices aligned with the Agile Competence Center's strategic goals.
•Knowledge Leadership: Design and run high-impact training sessions to upskill teams and stakeholders.
•Agile Orchestration: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for complex AI product squads, removing roadblocks and delivering value iteratively.
•Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the liaison between AI researchers/engineers and business units for alignment and transparency.
•Organizational Improvement: Actively improve the organizational ecosystem beyond running meetings, especially around AI model training and deployment within Agile.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
•AI Domain Expertise: proven track record managing AI-related products or projects (LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics).
•Advanced Scrum certification: PSM II or A-CSM.
•Strong communication skills to translate technical AI constraints into business language.
•Mentorship mindset with ability to train others on Agile principles.
