Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of the day-to-day Accounts Receivable responsibilities for a Fees Billing team.
  • •Oversee training and cross-training of team members on Accounts Receivable activities to ensure depth.
  • •Act as the first point of escalation for risk and control matters for team members.
  • •Ensure effective processes and that partners operate within established procedures and SOX controls with a focus on completeness and accuracy.
  • •Support audits by working with internal and external auditors and providing documentation; communicate and escalate billing issues as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of related experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Payroll, ideally within Financial Services.
  • •Intermediate MS Excel skills and strong mathematical skills, with proficiency using Excel.
  • •Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly (oral and written) and provide timely feedback to management.
  • •Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
