Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, pay out, and process cash; handle negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Set up, close, and balance the teller station.
  • •Record sales of monetary instruments and maintain a neat, well-stocked teller area.
  • •Cross-sell bank products and services and follow limits for customer account protection and bank safety/soundness.
  • •Assist with balancing vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine; scan documents/proof work; apply holds and make check-cashing decisions as needed.
