Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the implementation of process development activities tailored for mid-complexity projects to streamline procedures, enhance efficiencies, and achieve optimal outcomes within the project scope.
  • •Introduce Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) into Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes to enhance efficiency and streamline production workflows for mid-complexity projects.
  • •Align process and equipment capabilities with product specifications from I&D and manufacturing requirements to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • •Lead timely release of Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) and routes Master data for seamless integration of product specifications and efficient manufacturing execution.
  • •Oversee the implementation of complex processes and standards, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, environmental requirements, and local laws.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
  • •Experience applying Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) methodologies in PDLM processes.
  • •Ability to align process and equipment capabilities with product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Experience leading the release of Manufacturing BOMs (MBOM) and managing master data.
