Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • •Work directly with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, present solutions, and manage customer expectations.
  • •Deliver large-scale technology and product implementation projects, rigorously handling timelines, risks, scope, and quality.
  • •Perform project estimation and financial planning, including building/analyzing budgets, forecasting costs, and monitoring financial performance.
  • •Manage project operations and governance using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, including reporting dashboards and portfolio governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 85,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in the financial or insurance industry.
  • •Consulting background with direct client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and executive stakeholder management.
  • •Strong experience delivering large-scale product or technology implementation projects in insurance/reinsurance.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies, including estimation, velocity measurement, retrospectives, and core Agile techniques.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, insurance, computer science, engineering, or a related field; PMP preferred; CSM or other Agile certifications considered an asset.
