Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units, including checking DA/DD forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Inspect items and assist in condition coding before storage or disposition, and coordinate staging and movement into designated warehouse or yard areas.
  • •Maintain inventory accountability using location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories, including segregation of serviceable/unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.
  • •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to safely move and stage equipment; support safe handling, packaging, labeling, and preparation for shipment or redistribution.
  • •Update property transactions in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP), maintain warehouse logs and daily records, and support audit readiness and Property Accountability Reviews (PARs).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
