Build and expand client relationships by delivering high-quality service in-branch and by phone. Provide consultative financial solutions for deposit, credit, and other product lines, including advising on consumer lending and taking loan applications. Meet client service and sales targets through prospecting, relationship maintenance, and consultative conversations, while referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties and follow controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
