Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on UAE and other Middle East laws, regulations, and procedures to strengthen and orient the regional contractual and business offering.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with commercial and public sector customers and partners.
  • •Provide legal support and regulatory interpretation for matters related to the sale of cloud-based, on-prem, and professional services.
  • •Coordinate with privacy, government affairs, security, and compliance to ensure agreements align with internal policies and processes.
  • •Support disputes, respond to public market surveys and RFIs/RFPs, and develop legal training materials for the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • •Minimum 5-year PQE in a reputable law firm or as in-house commercial counsel supporting IT contract negotiation, including public procurement activities.
  • •Substantive expertise in AI, data privacy, and intellectual property laws.
  • •Experience advising on UAE and other Middle East commercial and technology contracting law across major common law jurisdictions.
  • •Outstanding legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English with strong legal reasoning; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
