Job Summary

Lead complex manufacturing operations for laser and scanner systems at the Cymer Pyeongtaek Factory. You’ll drive safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance across multiple work centers, translate business priorities into practical plans, and build mid- to long-term capacity and resource strategies. Partner with engineering, quality, service, and global stakeholders to solve technical challenges, and coach leaders and teams to strengthen capability and sustain continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead laser and scanner-related manufacturing operations across multiple work centers or teams.
•Apply deep knowledge of laser systems and scanner integration to guide technical decision-making.
•Drive safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance across teams and related areas.
•Develop mid- to long-term capacity, resource, and capability plans aligned with business growth.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and technical problem solving.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
•15+ years of experience with laser systems, scanner technology, or complex semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience integrating laser and scanner systems and managing product complexity and operational challenges across the product lifecycle.
•Demonstrated leadership experience via people management or technical leadership influencing teams and stakeholders.
•Track record planning and organizing resources within short to medium timescales aligned to policy framework.
