Vice President, Mechanical Engineer - Buildings

Lead mechanical engineering design for complex higher education facilities, providing strategic and technical direction across the full project lifecycle from planning through construction close-out. Drive client relationships and business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, and market strategy. Oversee HVAC, central utility plants, hydronic, and plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and California regulatory requirements. Manage multi-disciplinary teams, performance (scope, schedule, budget, profitability), and mentor engineering staff.
