Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage storage platforms (NetApp filer, EMC VMAX, Isilon) and backup platforms (IBM TSM, Cohesity).
  • •Administer SAN switches (Cisco MDS) and support data center operations.
  • •Monitor system performance metrics, review logs, and proactively troubleshoot issues through routine jobs, ticketing, and incident/problem management.
  • •Install, maintain, and improve storage devices, and recommend standards and architectural changes for performance, high availability, and scalability.
  • •Create documentation for environment changes and participate in on-call duty, including contributing to disaster recovery plan development and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in an information-related field.
  • •Strong Chinese and English oral and written communication skills.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing industry is preferable.
  • •Achievement of IT-related training certificates is preferable (e.g., EMC/NetApp courses).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with interest in storage system maintenance and performance improvement.
