Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients with exceptional service and support a wide range of sales and service activities.
•Process routine financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
•Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools.
•Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.
•Open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, resolve account issues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
