Key Responsibilities

  • •Source new SFL facilities from direct marketing and targeted prospects, participating in transactions with specialty finance lenders and building new market channels.
  • •Independently execute the full SFL process from sourcing and structuring through pricing, proposals, due diligence, underwriting, documentation, negotiation, closing, and ongoing facility management.
  • •Assist in syndication of SFL facilities, educate/train syndicators to become proficient, and develop potential syndication partners through industry networking and research.
  • •Develop and penetrate new markets by researching channels and presenting opportunities using position papers/white papers for evaluation by internal teams and senior management.
  • •Grow the portfolio by achieving AUM growth and fee targets, maintaining portfolio risk tolerances, maximizing revenue from existing accounts, and mentoring/training junior sales personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of corporate finance, lending, and leasing experience with at least 3 years focused on structured facilities for the specialty lending market.
  • •5+ years of prior senior level financial sales experience and business development with a proven track record of success.
  • •Broad capital markets knowledge of lease-related asset based lending and structured debt placement activities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in business or finance; MBA preferred.
  • •Strong skills in risk assessment, structuring, remedial management, documentation, and negotiation.
