Lead day-to-day digital operations in the photography studio by supporting digital technicians, troubleshooting technical issues, and partnering with Photo Production, IT, Retouching, and Styling. Manage pending images, equipment updates, camera inventory, and coach PAs to reduce tech-driven errors in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support digital technicians and associate digital tech responsibilities, including daily planning for tech operations and projects
•Maintain camera inventory, perform in-house repairs where applicable, and partner with Retouching to resolve feedback reports
•Coordinate Tech Initiatives projects and document progress from start to finish
•Manage pending images reporting, coach repeat offenders, and support reshoots for exposure issues while troubleshooting missing metadata and no raws
•Maintain quarterly equipment updates (e.g., lens cleaning, iMac software updates, light inventory) and coach PAs to improve image quality
