Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of machine operating experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Extensive knowledge of personal hand tools and safe operation, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Working knowledge of products and their quality requirements.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours; overtime as needed. (5S knowledge helpful but not required.)
