Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Miele domestic premium appliances at customer locations across the Miami area. You’ll use factory training, service manuals, and computerized tools to adjust and connect plumbing, gas, and electrical components, install appliances, and instruct customers on proper use. Maintain service-call accuracy, warranty documentation, parts inventory, and the safe upkeep of a company vehicle and delivery truck while handling customer interactions professionally.
