Lead store operations to drive operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. You’ll oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards, while also managing visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance. Partner with the team to hit store goals, coach and train team members on operational processes and selling behaviors, and help build an inclusive, accountable culture in line with Sephora standards.
