Key Responsibilities

•Build internal tools, service templates, and shared libraries that define golden paths for backend development.
•Improve backend developer workflows including local development, debugging, and testing for faster iteration.
•Design and maintain testing frameworks and CI-integrated quality systems with trustworthy signals.
•Develop self-service capabilities for common engineering workflows to prevent platform bottlenecks.
•Improve visibility into system quality and release confidence while partnering with engineering teams to remove friction.

Key Requirements
