Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a Financial Solutions Center by providing effective communication and ongoing coaching to drive mission and vision execution.
  • •Deepen and grow consumer relationships through onboarding and outbound calling, achieving outbound calling expectations, and generating weekly appointments.
  • •Develop your team and yourself by owning personal development, assisting employees with Pathways progression, providing formal and on-the-spot coaching, and attracting/retaining talent.
  • •Manage operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, overseeing account opening/loan document completion and transaction processing, and ensuring cash handling and internal controls.
  • •Champion customer experience daily by driving consistent outbound calling, serving as the single contact for problem resolution, and maintaining high standards of conduct and account integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-centric sales environment with a track record of leading and exceeding goals while developing talent.
  • •Excellent communications skills and strong relationship-building abilities; motivated to learn and solutions-based in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must be registered and maintain current registration with the NMLS (MU4R and registration required) and have a valid driver’s license with local/regional travel required.
