Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish a roadmap to advance Micron’s carbon-free electricity supply strategy in alignment with the long-term plan and sustainability initiatives.
  • •Oversee technical, market, and regulatory changes across U.S. and APAC carbon-free electricity sectors, including carbon-neutral fuel developments.
  • •Develop and nurture relationships with key developers, regulators, utilities, and collaborators, working with Procurement and Government & Public Affairs teams in regulatory processes.
  • •Influence and support new carbon-free and balanced supply solutions offered by utilities and other suppliers.
  • •Create executive reports, communications, and training materials for carbon-neutral electricity progress, and use AI tools to improve project management and data-driven reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience with utility-scale carbon-free solutions (wind, solar, hydro, storage) across sourcing and project management through commercial online.
  • •5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability efforts and/or environmental engineering fields.
  • •Experience building and assessing detailed financial models for carbon-free electricity projects, including due diligence across financial, commercial, technical, and development risks.
  • •Experience in Asia Pacific carbon-free electricity and environmental sustainability reporting, including familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Protocol and Environmental Attributes Certificates.
  • •Proficiency using AI tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to support project management, reporting, forecasting, and communications.
