Key Responsibilities

•Content & Optimisation: Manage product listing creation and ongoing optimisation using client-provided assets; develop and enhance images and video content; write and refine product copy; create and update Amazon Stores.
•Operations & Account Management: Monitor daily account health across marketplace platforms; manage and resolve platform cases; support PO creation and order fulfilment processes; escalate critical operational issues.
•Advertising & Performance: Assist in creating and optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns; use tools to analyse and improve campaign performance; help plan seasonal campaigns and launches; report on performance with actionable insights.
•Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with Creative teams to support content strategies (including TikTok Shop); identify opportunities to improve efficiency, output quality and performance; share learnings with the wider team.
•Strategy & Market Insight: Stay up to date with marketplace trends and platform updates; contribute ideas to improve processes and tools; manage a diverse portfolio across multiple marketplaces and international markets.

•Experience working across marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop) with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
•Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and develop across content, operations and advertising across multiple tasks and priorities
•Hands-on platform expertise and the ability to manage day-to-day execution to ensure listings are optimised and campaigns meet performance goals
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including content, creative and data
